We are a bespoke Buyers Agent firm dedicated to assisting only a handful of clients at any one time. Whilst we have a general process, it is our preference to tailor our approach and offering to the individual. Regardless of the services required, being able to work intimately, assess opportunities as if through client’s eyes and act accordingly is critical to achieving positive and successful outcomes.

  1. INITIAL BRIEFINGS. We invest significant time at the outset to ensure we are properly informed and positioned to embark on a targeted and strategic approach to fulfilling the brief.
  2. SHORTLIST AND ASSESS. We scour for opportunities, both on and off market, liaise with industry contacts, and present only those opportunities we are confident will meet or surpass expectations.
  3. ACQUIRE AND SETTLE. Once a subject property is identified, we negotiate favourable terms and pricing and represent clients right through to final hand over.

Our Full Service offers comprehensive end to end representation and is invaluable to those who are time poor, remote, and/or new to the Tasmanian property market. We commence with in person or video conference strategy sessions to help narrow down on locations, refine the brief, educate on contractual obligations and mitigating risks unique to purchasing in Tasmania, review finance approvals, and ensure overall market readiness.

We then shortlist on and off market options, impartially assess and analyse, and report on and conduct thorough due diligence on stand out opportunities before handling the entire negotiation phase. Once under contract, we manage key stakeholders, pre and post settlement parts of the buying process and comprehensively support and represent our client’s interests right through the entire process until key handover.

We decided to use Hobart Buyers Agents to assist with the purchase of an investment property in Hobart. To say the service we received was excellent would be an understatement.
