Our Full Service offers comprehensive end to end representation and is invaluable to those who are time poor, remote, and/or new to the Tasmanian property market. We commence with in person or video conference strategy sessions to help narrow down on locations, refine the brief, educate on contractual obligations and mitigating risks unique to purchasing in Tasmania, review finance approvals, and ensure overall market readiness.

We then shortlist on and off market options, impartially assess and analyse, and report on and conduct thorough due diligence on stand out opportunities before handling the entire negotiation phase. Once under contract, we manage key stakeholders, pre and post settlement parts of the buying process and comprehensively support and represent our client’s interests right through the entire process until key handover.

Our Assess and Negotiation Service is for those who have already identified their preferred propert(ies), but are unavailable, would prefer to remain anonymous, or are simply unconfident in their ability to effectively and successfully navigate the purchase process.
